We're all about doing what we can for the environment and we're also confident that you'll love your Rogue Original products! However should you not be happy below are the steps you need to take to exchange or receive a refund for your item.
Exchanges and Returns
We want you to love your new products, however in the case that you don’t or would like to exchange we offer you the opportunity to return the item for a full refund or exchange. All returns and exchanges are conditional to the state in which it is returned (in the condition it was sent along with tags intact etc).
The shipping cost of a return and exchange is at your own expense. Refunds will only be processed and exchanged items sent once we have received the item in good condition. We suggest to use a reliable postage/courier service to ensure the goods get back to us in a timely manner. In the case that the return item is lost by the service you have used, we regretfully cannot process the refund.
Should you have ordered the wrong size or colour, we will gladly exchange it for you for the correct item as long as it is available in stock.
Please follow these instructions for the return or exchange of items:
1. Email us at info@rogueoriginal.com with the subject line Return or Exchange.
2. Please provide within the mail your name, order number and details of what action you'd like us to take (refund/exchange), if the latter kindly advise the postage address for the exchange to be sent to.
3. Please return the items to the following address, if you could also just include a note within your return stating whether you would like an exchange or refund - that would be appreciated! This will ensure that we are able to process your request quickly.

4. On receipt of your return or exchange in good order we will process the refund or send out the exchanged item. Please allow us 5-10 working days for the refund to process and reflect in your account.
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event the item you received is damaged, we will replace it or refund you in full.
To process the return and replacement of a damaged item, please follow the same process taken for returns or exchanges using Damaged Item as the subject line in your email and communication with us, please provide pictures of the damaged product and any supporting information you have available.
Upon our response please action accordingly, we may ask you to return the damaged goods for further inspection (this will be at our expense), alternatively we will arrange for a new item to be sent out to you as quickly as possible. If we are out of stock on your item we will be able to offer you a product off our shop to the same value or a full refund.
Please note that all return and/or exchanges whether damaged or simply unwanted must be done within 30 days of purchase.
